• Designing and Engineering: The process begins with CAD modeling to create a detailed drawing that meets your requirements concerning load capacity, span width, working environment, and safety protocols. Finite Element Analyses (FEAs) simulate stress, vibrates, and heat to ensure the crane will withstand operational conditions. 
• Material Selection: We use high-strength steel for main components like girders and end trucks to endure the strain of repetitive lifting. Specialty materials like galvanized steel are used in certain applications and coatings or impregnated composites can be considered for cranes in corrosive environments. 

• Cutting and Welding: We use CNC machines, laser cutting, and certified welding procedures to size and connect components. 

• Machining: Smaller and more intricate parts may be processed using lathe machines, drilled, or undergo boring or grinding techniques. 

• Milling: Multi-axis milling machines add slots or grooves and create curved surfaces.

• Assembly: All parts, including the bridge, trolley, hoist, and electrics are individually assembled and then combined to form the EOT crane.

• Software and Electronics: We fit many of our cranes with sophisticated electronic control systems for better handling and advanced automation. 

• Quality Assurance: We put each crane through rigorous testing to ensure it meets all standards. 

• Installation: We transport the crane to your site where it’s assembled, installed, and connected. 

• Commissioning: Final onsite testing and operator training are the last steps before we commission an EOT crane.
