Optimize Material Handling With KRC Ceiling Cranes

We design, fabricate, and supply ceiling crane solutions for the stable and repetitive handling of materials on a fixed path. Our ceiling cranes increase productivity and efficiency across a spectrum of indoor warehousing and manufacturing environments.

Suspended Cranes for Light to Heavy Industries

Our ceiling crane solutions support various industries, including energy, automotive, and aerospace. Built to handle large spans and loads with precision control, our ceiling cranes are well-equipped to lift high-value, delicate, and bulky components.

  • Automotive: Smoothly transport parts like engine blocks and chassis between stations.
  • Shipbuilding: Move pieces of the hull and other large, heavy parts into place.
  • Aerospace: Lift and position wings, fuselages, engines, and other aircraft parts.
  • Steel mills: Transport molten steel between storage, furnaces, and casting stations.

Ceiling Crane Varieties

Ceiling cranes are divided into two main categories.

  • Single-girder cranes: Suitable for medium-duty lifting, their lightweight design reduces structural load on the building and makes them more affordable and easier to install.
  • Double-girder cranes: A more robust design with a double-beam configuration allows for a greater lifting capacity.

The crane trolley either runs on the underside of the bridge beams or atop them, which provides more clearance.

  • Underhung cranes: Known as suspension cranes, our single-girder underhung cranes give you more flexibility in building design.
  • Top-running cranes: Operating on runway beams mounted on the building structure, these cranes offer maximum headroom and lifting capacity (double girder).

Specialized Ceiling Crane Solutions

KRC engineers assess your lifting needs, floor layout, and facility weight capacity requirements before using CAD systems to create a custom solution.

We leverage innovation with advanced capabilities to provide you with the ultimate safe, reliable, and efficient ceiling cranes.

German-Quality Engineering

KRC ceiling cranes are fabricated from high-tensile steel and constructed using the latest methods and technology. Every crane is designed for maximum strength and durability, helping to minimize downtime and keep your operations running smoothly.
